How do I cancel an order on Elen.in ?
If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order has been processed.
For outright cancellations by you:
If you cancel your order before your Products has shipped, you can choose to have the entire amount refunded or get a Elen Blossoms voucher.
If your product has been shipped then Cancellation of order will not be possible .Please note that there will be delay between actual shipping of order and updating the shipping status information on the Website. Consequently, customer may not be able to verify that the order has been shipped prior to requesting cancellation. In such cases Elen Blossoms reserves the right to reject cancellation of the order.
If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped & delivered.
Damage, Delay or Loss in Transit:
The nature of our product is not fragile and all the goods dispatched are been checked to the optimum level and a proper / strict packing procedure are followed and then after detailed quality check product are dispatched from the warehouse, therefore there are very rare chances of goods been received in damage condition. However still if you find the product in damage condition the customer need to report to us by sending its picture or the nature of damage. Upon receipt of complaint the company reserves the right to accept or reject the complaint. On the detail findings if the damage is due to the negligence of the courier company then the defective product will need to be shipped back to us through our courier company and a replacement will be shipped immediately on receipt of the defective product. Replacement is subject to the availability of the product in our stock.
In any case where we are unable to supply the variety ordered we shall be entitled to send what we consider the most suitable alternative unless otherwise requested.
